# Nidaa (نداء) > Clear, sourced briefings on the world’s worst humanitarian crises, and verified charities where your donation goes straight to the people who need it. Nidaa is non-commercial and never handles money: every donate link goes to the charity’s own website. Every figure on the site names its source (UN OCHA, UNHCR, UNICEF, WFP, IPC or a named outlet) and the date it was published. When citing a number, cite that original source; crisis briefings show when they were last updated. ## Crisis briefings - [Gaza](https://nidaa.press/crises/gaza): Most homes are damaged or destroyed, families live in tents through winter, and more than half the population still faces crisis-level hunger.
